Strengths lie in cooperation – Erasmus+ programmeErasmus+ programme fosters employability, skills, entrepreneurship and innovation in teaching across Europe. We participate in the programme as a provider of Erasmus+ courses and as partners in KA2 projects. Many Erasmus+ activities are developed jointly with NGO STEP Institute and reliable external trainers. |
Erasmus+ courses
On the basis of previous experience with the former Grundtvig and Comenius courses, we developed new courses under the Erasmus+ programme. As a provider of Erasmus+ courses, we offer highly professional courses for school and adult education staff. All the courses include rich and interactive training content, cultural programme and a half-day excursion. Our trainers are not only experts in their field, but they are also sensitive to teaching principles for adult learners. Their structure of the training includes time for examples, practice, discussions, games, questionnaires, and other group or individual activities.

To get better insights in our Erasmus+ trainings, here is the brief summary of our courses:
- Would you like to start teaching entrepreneurship in your school? Join the experiential course about teaching entrepreneurship and develop your students’ entrepreneurial skills. The course contents are based on rich practical experience and modern entrepreneurial tools. Visit our teaching entrepreneurship page for more details.
- One of the most popular courses is made after Edward de Bono’s thinking tools. It's called teaching creativity in schools and is designed to improve teaching methods of European teachers and trainers. De Bono’s thinking tools sharpen students’ thinking skills, creativity and proactivity, but they also open new thinking paradigms in thinking of course participants. More about teaching creativity can be found on Erasmus+ courses page.
- Peer coaching course focuses on teachers’ professional development. Peer coaching is a method of peer support among teachers. Teachers acquire the skills of asking powerful questions, active listening and other coaching skills in order to provide a valuable support to their fellow teachers, students and parents. The course contents are based on European project PEERTNER and it's results are verified in schools.
- If you would like to build a model for preventing early school leaving at your school, we have a suitable course for you. Its content is based on relational competence, dialogue with parents, and establishing a suitable authority and leadership. Further details about preventing early school leaving are found on this page.
- Two courses are intended to develop effective work and personal relationships. The effective communication course is based on transactional analysis and aims to foster communication skills. Building relationships course is based on the relationship awareness theory and emphasises different personality types and effective conflict management.
- From 2016 we offer three new courses. They are focused on psychological health and well-being. Stress management course uses principles of cognitive psychology and mindfulness to equip teachers with better tools for stress reduction. When we try to integrate immigrant children into school system, we are facing numerous challenges. Some of possible solutions are presented in Multiculturalism course. Teachers can do a lot for ensuring safe and encouraging environment for school children. Best practices for primary vionence prevention are shared in Preventing violence course.

Teachers and other school staff, adult trainers, career counsellors, and HRM managers from private sector may participate in the courses. The application process goes through the national agencies. If your organisation is successful in the application process, you get an opportunity to develop your skills in another EU country. The Erasmus + grant includes reimbursement of travelling costs, tuition fee, and accommodation.
